The Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation is seeking interns for the 2006-2007 school year in Philadelphia, PA. Fall, spring, and full-year internship opportunities are available.

The mission of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation is to impact the lives of underserved youngsters by providing a program that incorporates on-ice and off-ice activities. Our primary project is a partnership with the School District of Philadelphia where we host on-ice Learn to Play Hockey sessions during the school day at several rinks in and around the city.

Qualifications Required for Internship Opportunity:

-       Open to COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY, Junior, Senior, and Graduate Students
-       Must receive academic credit (students are required to provide documentation of receiving academic credit for the internship experience)

-       NO financial compensation is available for any position
-       NO interviews will be conducted by phone
-       Travel and housing arrangements are the responsibility of the students
-       Some game nights and/or weekends may be required for some positions
-       Part-time or full-time opportunities available
